견적 및 제휴 문의: 프로젝트 견적 산출, 일정 협의, 계약 체결, 본인 확인 및 회신
프로필 지원: 모델/크리에이터 오디션 및 섭외 진행, 인재 풀(Talent Pool) 등록, 클라이언트 제안 및 캐스팅
제2조 (수집하는 개인정보의 항목) 회사는 원활한 상담과 섭외 심사를 위해 필요한 최소한의 정보를 모두 필수 항목으로 수집하고 있습니다.
견적 문의 시 (필수)
수집 항목: 담당자 성함, 회사명(소속), 연락처(휴대전화/유선), 이메일, 직급, 프로젝트 예산, 문의 내용 및 첨부 파일
프로필 지원 시 (필수)
기본 정보: 성함(실명/활동명), 생년월일, 연락처, 이메일, 주소
활동 정보: SNS 계정 주소 및 팔로워 수, 포트폴리오(파일/링크), 경력 사항, 희망 페이
신체 정보: 키, 몸무게, 상/하의 사이즈, 신발 사이즈 (모델 및 인플루언서 매칭을 위한 필수 정보)
제3조 (개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간)
견적 문의: 1년 (또는 프로젝트 종료 시까지)
프로필 지원: 3년 (인재 풀 등록 및 향후 캐스팅 제안 목적)
제4조 (개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법) 목적 달성 후 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 저장된 후 파기됩니다.
제5조 (동의를 거부할 권리 및 불이익) 귀하는 개인정보 수집 및 이용에 대한 동의를 거부할 권리가 있습니다. 단, 수집하는 항목은 메르시(Merci)의 견적 산출 및 오디션 심사를 위해 반드시 필요한 정보이므로, 동의를 거부하실 경우 견적 문의 접수 및 프로필 지원이 불가능합니다.

Profile Submission: Model/Creator audition and casting process, registration in the Talent Pool, client proposal, and casting.
Article 2. Items Collected The Company collects all of the following minimum information as mandatory items for smooth consultation and casting evaluation.
For Quote Inquiries (Mandatory)
Items: Name, Company Name (Affiliation), Contact (Mobile/Landline), Email, Job Title, Project Budget, Inquiry Details, and Attachments.
For Profile Submission (Mandatory)
Basic Info: Name (Real/Stage), Date of Birth, Contact Number, Email, Address.
Activity Info: SNS Account URL & Follower Count, Portfolio (File/Link), Career History, Desired Pay.
Physical Info: Height, Weight, Top/Bottom Size, Shoe Size (Essential information for model and influencer matching).
Article 3. Retention and Usage Period
Quote Inquiries: 1 year (or until project completion).
Profile Submission: 3 years (For Talent Pool registration and future casting proposals).
Article 4. Destruction Procedures and Methods After the purpose of collection is achieved, the information will be stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and relevant laws, and then destroyed.
Article 5. Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, since the collected items are essential for Merci's cost estimation and audition evaluation, refusal to consent will result in the inability to process your quote inquiry or profile submission.
